My practice is largely based on the classical Ashtanga school of yoga, but through years of personal experience and self-observation, I have discovered that yoga practice must adapt to the challenges facing modern man and help him cope with them. The physical benefits of yoga are intertwined with mental health and affect each other.

Lessons are planned intuitively, mostly spontaneously, after sharing the needs and desires of the students. In practice, I sometimes use therapeutic, Osho cathartic, tantric, dance, qigong and various meditation practices and breathing techniques, which help students not only to heal and strengthen their physical bodies, but also to free themselves from mental blocks, gain lightness and peace of mind, free themselves from unwanted emotions, see themselves from different sides and deeply analyze ongoing processes.

Temo has been a yoga instructor at Lumos since 2016. His experience, both personal and as an instructor, spans 25 years. Temo's main areas of practice are: Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga. In addition to regular classes, you can often find Temo at Lumos for extracurricular activities: Osho therapeutic-cathartic weeks and holotropic breathing retreats outside the city.

Temo began his personal yoga practice in 2001 with Hatha Yoga and began teaching in 2007. After Hatha Yoga, he was introduced to Kundalini Yoga according to the Yogi Bhajan school. He completed a Kundalini and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training course in Moscow. He studied Hatha Yoga in India with the famous yogi Vijay Omar. Temo is also a Reiki (energy healing) master.
