Tamta's dynamic yoga classes are an integral part of Lumos mornings.


In my practice, classical Hatha Yoga asanas and Ashtanga Vinyasa elements harmoniously blend together and are focused on increasing flexibility and the even and correct development of muscle mass.


The dynamics and character of my classes are not determined by the mandatory performance of specific asanas, but by the level of physical fitness of the students and the emotional and energetic charge of the day. For me, yoga practice is a unique tool for self-exploration and observation, and I try to pass it on to my students in this way.


In my classes, I actively use all the related practices, psychotechniques, and relaxation or concentration exercises that I have personally experienced on myself. The use of a variety of static and dynamic movements or exercises serves the purpose of connecting with ourselves in fluid ways.
