Vasu has been a yoga instructor for 20 years. He began practicing at the age of 12 in the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh. After teaching in various countries around the world, he chose Georgia as his second homeland. He joined the Lumos family in 2017.


Due to a sedentary lifestyle, most people experience stiffness in their joints and muscles early in life. This is due to dehydration of the tissues, which makes our bodies less flexible and prone to injuries. Regular stretching of the body will help to produce tissue “hydration”, which will give your muscles flexibility and strength.


Stretching exercises, accompanied by breathing exercises, increase energy and improve mood, and also help relax the mind.
