In my classes, I help students develop a unique combination of asanas that are tailored to their individual needs and are aimed at physical and spiritual well-being. In the lessons, I offer students exercises that improve flexibility, as well as exercises that develop strength and balance. The full focus is on the student's safe movement, proper breathing, and improving health. Regular practice significantly improves mental health and relieves stress. This class will offer exercises focused on increasing flexibility, strength, and balance, and body-restoring practices. An individual approach is the best way to get to know yourself in different bodily forms, to be "here and now" and to deeply feel the benefits of asanas on both a physical and mental level.


This approach is a prerequisite for the athlete, after a certain amount of experience, to plan their own practice according to their will, mood, and current physical condition, and to practice at home.


The classes will also include strength training and dynamic sun salutations, if desired. The sun salutation series helps awaken the body, improves blood circulation, flexibility and strength, and fills us with energy.
