"Everyone, both beginners and experienced practitioners, can practice in my class. Under the supervision and care of the instructor, each student performs a set of asanas tailored to their health and physical condition."
An individual approach creates more space for the practitioner to observe themselves, their sensations, and the changes in their body during and after the asana, which creates a safe environment to avoid injury, making yoga practice more enjoyable, healing, and relaxing.
This approach is a prerequisite for the athlete, after a certain amount of experience, to plan their own practice according to their will, mood, and current physical condition, and to practice at home.
The classes will also include strength training and dynamic sun salutations, if desired. The sun salutation series helps awaken the body, improves blood circulation, flexibility and strength, and fills us with energy.
"A morning yoga practice is an energetic, light, and more enjoyable start to the day."
