Vinyasa Yoga Mix is a mix of different yoga styles. Although the foundation of all types of yoga is Hatha Yoga, as you know, several styles are distinguished according to the sequence of asanas, dynamics, breathing techniques, etc. Our class begins with relatively light and less dynamic Hatha Yoga elements, then the pace increases and we move on to dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, during which one movement flows into another in a wave-like manner. After a relatively difficult climax of the exercise, we move back to a slow pace and end with relaxation.


This practice requires little preparation, but after a few exercises, even beginners will be able to master it. The goal of the class is to develop a more resilient and strong body, increase efficiency and productivity, and correct body weight and shape so that the practitioner does not have to go to the gym. Strength poses will increase endurance and resistance to stress. The practitioner will be able to perform various difficult poses - handstands, headstands, etc.


For me, yoga is not just physical exercise and performing some difficult asanas, it is a source of endurance and boundless energy that helps us overcome stress and various difficult life situations.


As an instructor, I am focused on the progress of practitioners. My 15 years of experience helps me choose the right program for my students. I have worked with people with serious health problems and have been amazed by what yoga can do for me.
