

Introduction to Shadow Yoga

Chaya Yoddha Sanchalanam is the second dynamic series of the Shadow Yoga school, which combines sun forms (such as Surya Namaskar) and warrior forms (spiral movements) and resembles a dance.
These forms and positions help us build a strong and flexible mental and physical body, which creates a steady flow of energy - the foundation for a healthy and harmonious life.
The movements are slow, gentle, and linked together by breathing. Attention is the main tool for understanding this process.
Irina discovered the world of yoga while living in Ukraine and became particularly interested in the practice of Shadow Yoga, which is based on ancient tantric texts. Shadow Yoga, in turn, became the foundation of Hatha Yoga.
The course is open to everyone, both those who have experience practicing the first series of Shadow Yoga and those who are just taking their first steps.
