Sound therapy
Slow motion
February 22 17:00
On Saturday, February 22, at 5:00 PM, we invite you to a sound therapy session at Lumos, led by Nelly Agirba, a meditation teacher, musician, and practitioner of music therapy and sound-vibration therapy.
"The purpose of the session is to relax and bring the nervous system into a relaxed state, thus initiating the process of self-healing on a physical, emotional, and to some extent, mental level. If you decide to go deeper into the process, with greater trust, it is possible to purify, remember your own essence, manifest, restore strength, and significantly shift the vibrational frequency of consciousness. I will guide you through this process."
Instruments of different frequencies and characteristics - gongs, bowls, harps, and ethnic instruments from South America and Asia - will help us in the process of sound therapy.
Please note that on the day of the sound meditation, do not consume alcohol or meat and do not eat 2 hours before the meeting. It is advisable to have a short break from external information, as much as possible, even 1 hour before the meeting. Wear comfortable clothing, preferably made of natural fabrics. It is recommended to bring a notebook and pen with you for post-session reflection.
The cost of attending a sound therapy session is: 50 GEL.
